Sapa is not only famous for its beautiful landscapes but also a wealth of specialties that attract tourists when coming here. Along Lao Cai Tourism point through 6 specialties not to be missed when coming to Sapa.

Salmon

 The next Sapa specialty is salmon.  With its rich taste, high nutritional value, salmon is a luxury dish of tourists coming to Sapa.  With a cool year-round climate and a cold winter even snow covered, Sapa salmon has a grainy texture, no fat, and is not inferior to imported salmon.  This eye-catching colored fish is processed into many different dishes such as: Salmon salad with green pepper sauce, salmon salad, grilled salmon, ... but the most attractive is Salmon Hotpot.

 Barbecue

 Perhaps due to the cold climate all year round, here anything ... can be baked to eat.  From chicken eggs, duck eggs, chicken feet, boneless chicken wings, cartilage meat, pork broccoli, spring fish to potatoes, corn, and green rice.

 Tourists often choose night as a great time to enjoy barbecue dishes.  In the middle of the cold weather of Sa Pa night, the friends gathered by the small charcoal oven by the side of the road to enjoy the hot grilled skewers just coming out of the oven.

 The first Sapa specialty to mention in Sapa specialties you must try once is Sapa Ban Pig.  This is a breed of native H'mong raised freely, sometimes people grab a pig and pinch it into ... armpit and sell it to the market, so it is called an armpit pig.

 Each pig "underarms" is usually raised for about a year, where there is good living conditions, the pig quickly grows, but only about 20kg, otherwise only about 10kg.

 Victory

 This is a typical traditional dish of the Mong.  Is the 2nd Sapa specialty dish that you should try.  "Winning" meat is made from beef, buffalo meat, horse meat and pork.  Parts such as heart, heart, liver, secretion, meat, and bone are put in a pan of boiling water and vegetables can be added.  The taste will have to be those who really love to eat and find it interesting to eat it.  Enjoying the same victory and having a cup of fragrant corn wine is even more unforgettable.

 River fish

 Sa Pa is a land that not only has a beautiful natural landscape, cool and fresh climate, but also is home to many Sapa specialties with bold flavors of mountains and forests that are especially popular with many tourists.  In which the highlight is Muong Hoa stream fish, Muong Tien stream.  There are many types of spring fish, but when eaten, it does not have a fishy taste but is very sweet and fragrant.

 Fresh green Sauce

 Sa Pa has a cool climate all year round, which is a great condition for the growth of typical temperate vegetables.  Vegetables grown in Sa Pa have a characteristic delicious, sweet, and soft taste and bring peace of mind to diners.  The popular vegetables must be mentioned such as kelp, chayote, bamboo shoots, cauliflower, lettuce, pickles, spinach, shiitake mushrooms ...

 The vegetable dishes always make visitors feel excited and consider it as one of the specialties that Sapa must enjoy such as boiled chayote with sesame salt, fried cabbage with garlic, chicken hot pot with vegetables ...

 Mushroom Sapa

 Sapa shiitake mushrooms are similar in appearance to other shiitakes, when eaten for mushrooms in soaked water, they will expand, intact their original fragrance.  The natural scent suitable for stir-fries or hot pot dishes still has the aroma of mushrooms without overwhelming the aroma of the accompanying foods.
