The Cultural Festival of Ethnic Groups in Sa Pa District is hosted by the Center for Culture and Sports, in collaboration with the Department of Culture – Information, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and the People's Committees of communes, with activities showcasing the distinct features of the Northwest region.

The highlight of this cultural festival of Sa Pa ethnic groups this time is 6 traditional cultural spaces of 6 ethnic groups living in Sa Pa District: Mong, Dao, Tay Giay, Xa Pho and Kinh. There, each space reflects cultural, artistic activity, traditional game and cuisine of each ethnic group.

Remarkably, on the opening day, there will be special cultural performances from artists, dancers, and craftsmen to create a special space where the cultural and artistic traits of the highland people are expressed. During the festival, visitors will have the opportunity to discover excerpts from the Dao dance festival, enjoy the beautiful sounds of Mong flute, and participate in traditional games such as cotton ball throwing, tug of war ...
