In the winter of 1903, the French discovered Sa Pa while taking measurements to build the map. In 1917, France established a tourism office in Sapa. Since then the French began building the first villas. In total, the French built in Sapa nearly 300 villas. Let's go back in time to Sa Pa 100 years ago.
