2018 One-Country Two-Country Bicycle Race Hong Ha (China) - Lao Cai (Vietnam)

The 2018 International Two-Country Bicycle Race 2018 will take place in 03 days from December 13-15, 2018, in Ha Khau district (China) - Lao Cai city (Vietnam).

Following the success of the 2017 National One-Country Bicycle Race in 2017, this year 2018 is the second year, Lao Cai (Vietnam) and Yunnan province (China) jointly organized the race.  This is an opportunity to strengthen the friendly cooperation between Lao Cai province (Vietnam) and Yunnan province (China), promote the movement to practice physical training and sports in general and develop cycling in Lao Cai province.  in particular;  at the same time contribute to promoting tourism products of Lao Cai province, raising awareness of environmental protection for people.

 This year's race will officially open on December 14, 2018 at the courtyard of the North Hekou Railway Station Square, China.  Participants in the race include: Vietnamese citizens;  Chinese citizens, foreigners aged full 16 years or older who are healthy enough, not during the time of being accused or disciplined, and are unprofessional athletes, are allowed to register for the tournament.

 Athletes will compete in 02 competition events:

   On December 14, 2018, individual cross-country racing (moutainBike) (men, women), friendship teammates (men and women) with a distance of 21 km in Ha Khau district (China);

   On December 15, 2018, road racing (RoadBike) individuals (men, women), friendship teammates (men, women) with a competition distance of 66 km (9 km is on the Ha Khau - China side and 57  km to Lao Cai - Vietnam).

 Cycling Race A two-country track is expected to have many athletes participating

 The competition content is in the age groups: Men 16 - 35 years old, Men 36 - 45 years old, Men 46 years old and above, Female 16 - 39 years old and Female 40 years old and over.

 The closing ceremony, awarding ceremony will take place on the afternoon of December 15, 2018 in Ha Khau district, China.

 This year's race promises to be an attractive race with excellent competitions, creating conditions for athletes of the two countries to rub, exchange and further strengthen the solidarity and friendship between  Lao Cai Province (Vietnam) and Yunnan Province (China).
