Construction commencement ceremony
 Project: Lao Cai Cultural Exchange and Tourist Information Center is built on an area of ​​5,580 m2, 5 floors high, including the following items: Parking area, lighting;  Cultural exhibition and performance area;  Administrative Region;  Food court, ethnic handicrafts, souvenirs and is expected to be completed by the end of 2019.

 Once completed, Lao Cai Center for Cultural Exchange and Tourist Information will be a stopover for visitors to Lao Cai, which will provide information about the beauty and unique culture of the people.  Lao Cai province, as well as where visitors have moments of relaxation before saying goodbye to Lao Cai to end a perfect tour.  Thereby contributing to promoting the image of Lao Cai tourism so that Lao Cai will become an attractive destination in the eyes of domestic and international tourists.
