Snow discovery program is held from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. on December 24-31, 2018 at many locations in Sa Pa district such as: Lao Cai Tourism Promotion and Information Center, Pants Stadium and Station Area of Fansipan Cable Car.
