In case you want to change the check-in/check-out date, or change the room class, room type, please contact our reservation department for support.

In case the Customer has paid the deposit, paid the full booking fee, but due to objective conditions, canceled their trip, we will consider refunding the amount to the Customer. The refund will be based on the regulations of each different booking and this refund will be officially notified to the Customer by our staff via email.

• Refund form: refund to the provided bank account or the card that received the money.
