The program is held at Lao Cai Tourist Information and Promotion Center, organized by People's Committee of Sapa town in collaboration with Lao Cai Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Sa Pa Tourism Association, and Fansipan Cable Car Travel Service Co., Ltd.

Sa Pa is the famous tourist destination for domestic and foreign tourists. Every year millions of visitors come to visit and explore. On the occasion of New Year 2020, People's Committee of Sa Pa Town gives flowers and gifts to the first 50 international and domestic tourists to Sapa.

At the ceremony, visitors are extremely exciting to enjoy the traditional performance of the ethnic identity groups in Sapa.
