Markets are allowed to operate but must take measures to ensure safety against epidemics such as: Setting up checkpoints at the exits and entrances to the market; fully arrange hand sanitizer solution; require all buyers and sellers to wear masks during the buying and selling process at the market; have a control plan to prevent foreigners from coming to trade and trade at the market.

Note:  For the above services, the establishment owner must create a QR-code and require visitors to make an electronic medical declaration, check the QR-code. If the epidemic prevention and control regulations are not properly followed, the owner of the establishment is fully responsible.

The wedding is held but no more than 30 people, minimize the invitation to guests outside the province, absolutely do not invite guests from the epidemic areas.
