1.     The contest is organized to honor and promote the wild and majestic beauty of nature; the unique beauty of the ethnic minorities here. With an extremely attractive set of prizes:

-       01 first prize worth 10,000,000 VND and certificate from the Organizing Committee

-       02 second prizes, each prize worth VND 8,000,000 and a certificate from the Organizing Committee

-       03 third prizes worth 5,000,000 VND each and a certificate from the Organizing Committee

-       05 consolation prizes each worth 2,000,000 VND and a certificate from the Organizing Committee

2.     Contestants: Vietnamese citizens, Vietnamese residing abroad, foreigners living and working in Vietnam.

3.     Requirements on content: The entries for the competition reflect the diversity of natural landscapes in a sharp and true way; cultural identity, daily life and work of the Bat Xat ethnic minority community; cultural heritages, historical relics, folk forms, traditional craft villages; public security and defense; beautiful images of visitors to experience at Bat Xat.

4.     Rules of the contest:

-       Each author can send up to 10 works in color and black and white, digital files, jpg image files

-       Contest photos are sent as digital files, from 3-6Mb in size. Do not annotate or sign the author's name on the image, do not crop or use software to distort reality. (The organizers can ask the author to send the file when necessary)

-       The author only uses one name, if using a stage name, the name must be included in the ID card.

-       Contest photos must be taken in Bat Xat district, Lao Cai province.

5.     Time and address to receive entries:

-       Time: From the launch date to the end of September 10, 2021.

-       Address: Entries will be sent to the Culture Department & Information about Bat Xat district via Gmail: thianhdepbatxat@gmail.com.vn
